Good for the soul!

These are activities where you can lose yourself and forget your worries whilst creating finished pieces which you’ll be proud of.

We’re never too old to learn new things and creative activities are proven to boost your wellbeing and mental health.

Delivered in a safe and welcoming space, where the kettle’s always on, you’ll have fun and meet likeminded people who share your interests.

Help others grow.

Engaging in the crafts and interaction within our  communities can help with major challenges, such as ageing and loneliness.

It can boost confidence and make us feel more valued.

Besides these benefits,  creative engagement also alleviates anxiety, depression and stress.

Sharing your skills, and giving something back to your community, brings its own rewards and a wonderful sense of purpose.

This is all about community and enabling access to fun craft activities. We’d love to hear from you if your group would like to try something new.
